Nam Giang is a district located in the Quảng Nam province within the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. The district covers a total area of 1,895 km² (732 sq mi) and serves as a rural administrative division of the province.
The capital of the district is situated at Thạnh Mỹ. As of 2019, Nam Giang had a recorded population of 26,123 residents.
