Hưng Hà is a rural district (huyện) located in Thái Bình province within the Red River Delta region of Vietnam. The district serves as its own administrative center, with the town of Hưng Hà serving as the district capital.
The district covers a total area of 200 km². According to data from 2003, the population of Hưng Hà was recorded at 252,912 residents.
