Kinh Mon is a town located in the Hải Dương Province within the Red River Delta region of Vietnam. The district encompasses a total land area of 163 km2.
The administrative center and district capital of Kinh Mon is situated at An Lưu. As of 2003, the district recorded a population of 164,956 residents.
