Thanh Thủy is a rural district located in the Phú Thọ province within the Northeast region of Vietnam. The district serves as a geographical administrative division with its capital situated in the town of Thanh Thủy.
The district covers a total area of 124 km². According to data from 2003, the population of the region was recorded at 76,330 residents.
