Lộc Bình is a rural district located in the Lạng Sơn province within the Northeast region of Vietnam. It serves as a geographical administrative division covering a total land area of 998 km2.
The district capital is Na Dương. As of 2003, the population of Lộc Bình was recorded at 80,517 residents.
