Yên Châu is a district located in the Sơn La province within the Northwest region of Vietnam. It serves as a local administrative division with its capital being the namesake town of Yên Châu.
The district covers a total land area of 844 square kilometers. As of 2019, it had a recorded population of 79,295 residents.
