Vinhomes Times City, commonly known as Times City, is an urban complex located in Hanoi, Vietnam. The project was invested in by Vingroup and commenced construction in 2011. It covers a total ground area of approximately 360,367 to 360,500 square meters with a total floor area ranging between 2,181,298 m² and 2,205,595 m².
The development features an estimated investment capital of 23,883 billion to 30,308 billion đồng. The complex is composed of various functional subdivisions, including apartments, commercial centers, hospitals, schools, parks, and lakes. Additional amenities within the site include swimming pools, aquariums, and squares featuring water music.
