Guasipati is a town located in the state of Bolívar, Venezuela. It serves as the administrative seat of the Roscio Municipality and was officially founded on September 27, 1757. The city's economy is heavily dependent on gold mining from its own land as well as that of El Callao.
Geographically, Guasipati is situated near the Denguesito ríachuelos to the northwest and the Cunurí to the west, both of which are tributaries of the Miamo river. According to data from the National Institute of Statistics, the town has a population of 21,165 inhabitants.
