Valle de Guanape is a town located in the eastern Venezuelan state of Anzoátegui. It serves as the shire town for the Francisco del Carmen Carvajal Municipality, which is one of 21 municipalities within the state.
According to the 2011 census conducted by the National Institute of Statistics of Venezuela, the municipality containing Valle de Guanape has a population of 14,653 residents.
