Namangan is a district-level city situated in eastern Uzbekistan. It serves as the primary administrative, economic, and cultural center of the Namangan Region.
The city is located on the northern edge of the Fergana Valley, positioned less than 30 km from the border with Kyrgyzstan. Transportation to the city is facilitated by Namangan Airport.
