Mountlake Terrace is a suburban city located in Snohomish County, Washington, in the United States. It is situated on the southern border of the county and lies approximately 13 miles (21 km) north of Seattle.
The city is positioned adjacent to the cities of Shoreline and Lynnwood. According to the 2020 census, Mountlake Terrace had a population of 21,286 residents.
