East Millcreek was a census-designated place (CDP) located in Salt Lake County, Utah, in the United States. During the 2000 census, the area had a population of 21,385, representing a slight increase from its 1990 population of 21,184.
The community was originally proposed for inclusion within the corporate limits of the city of Holladay. However, voters rejected this proposal in 2008. In 2010, East Millcreek was consolidated with the neighboring Millcreek CDP. This combined entity was subsequently incorporated as the city of Millcreek on December 28, 2016.
