Brigham City is located in Box Elder County, Utah, in the United States. It serves as the county seat and is situated on the western slope of the Wellsville Mountains, which are a branch of the Wasatch Range at the western terminus of Box Elder Canyon.
According to the 2020 census, the city had a population of 19,650, an increase from 17,899 in 2010. The area is notable for its proximity to the former headquarters of ATK Thiokol, now Northrop Grumman, the company responsible for creating the solid rocket boosters for the Space Shuttle.
