Weslaco is a city located in Hidalgo County, Texas, within the United States. It is situated at the southern tip of the state in the Rio Grande Valley, positioned near the Mexican border across the Rio Grande from the cities of Nuevo Progreso and Rio Bravo in Tamaulipas.
