New Territory

New Territory is a master-planned community located within the city of Sugar Land in Fort Bend County, Texas, United States. It was previously established as a census-designated place (CDP) and existed under the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Sugar Land while remaining in unincorporated territory.

On December 12, 2017, New Territory was officially annexed into the city of Sugar Land. According to the 2010 census, the community had a population of 15,186, reflecting an increase from the 13,861 residents recorded in the 2000 census.
