Granbury is a city located in the state of Texas, United States. It serves as the county seat of Hood County and is designated as the principal city of the Granbury micropolitan statistical area.
The city was named in honor of Confederate General Hiram B. Granbury. According to the 2020 census, the population of Granbury was 10,958 residents.
