Wilkinsburg is a borough located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, within the United States. It is situated as part of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area and had a recorded population of 14,349 according to the 2020 census.
The borough was named in honor of John Wilkins Jr., who served as the Quartermaster General of the United States Army from 1796 to 1802.
