Lock Haven is a city located in the state of Pennsylvania, United States. It serves as the county seat of Clinton County and is situated near the confluence of Bald Eagle Creek and the West Branch Susquehanna River.
The city is the principal city of the Lock Haven Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is part of the larger Williamsport–Lock Haven combined statistical area. According to the 2020 census, the population of Lock Haven was 8,108.
