Claremore is a city located in northeastern Oklahoma, United States. It serves as the county seat of Rogers County and is situated within the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. The city is also considered part of the larger Tulsa metropolitan area.
According to the 2020 census, Claremore had a population of 19,580, representing a 5.4% increase from the 18,581 residents recorded in 2010. The city is notable for being home to Rogers State University.
