Mariners Harbor is a neighborhood situated in the northwestern portion of Staten Island, which is one of the five boroughs of New York City in the United States.
The area is defined by specific boundaries: Lake Avenue lies to the east, Forest Avenue to the south, Richmond Terrace to the north, and Holland Avenue to the west. A section located in the northwestern part of the neighborhood is commonly referred to as Arlington.
