Old Bridge Township is a municipality located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, within the United States. It is situated in the Raritan Valley Region and falls within the New York Metro Area, positioned approximately 25 miles from New York City and 30 miles south of Newark.
The township serves as a bedroom suburb of New York City and lies across the Raritan Bay from Staten Island. According to the 2020 United States census, it was the state's 21st-most-populous municipality with a population of 66,876.
