Ocean Acres is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located in Ocean County, New Jersey. The community is geographically split between Barnegat Township and Stafford Township, situated specifically at the northwestern end of Stafford Township.
As of the 2020 census, Ocean Acres had a population of 18,185 residents. It serves as the largest and most recent development within both Barnegat and Stafford Townships, spanning an area of approximately 6 square miles (16 km²) and containing about 5,500 lots.
