Wyoming

Wyoming is a landlocked state located in the Mountain West subregion of the Western United States. It shares borders with Montana to the north and northwest, South Dakota and Nebraska to the east, Idaho to the west, Utah to the southwest, and Colorado to the south.

As of 2024, Wyoming has an estimated population of 587,618. While it ranks as the tenth-largest state by area, it is the least populous state in the country and maintains the second-lowest population density. The state capital and its most populous city is Cheyenne.
