Okemos is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Ingham County in the state of Michigan, United States. It serves as a suburb of Lansing and is situated immediately southeast of East Lansing.
The CDP is primarily located within Meridian Charter Township, with small portions extending into Alaiedon Township to the south and Williamstown Township to the east. As of the 2020 census, Okemos had a recorded population of 25,121 residents.
