Owings Mills is an unincorporated community and census-designated place located in Baltimore County, Maryland, in the United States. It serves as a suburb of Baltimore and had a population of 35,674 according to the 2020 census.
The area is notable for hosting several significant facilities, including the northern terminus of the Baltimore Metro Subway and the headquarters facility for the Baltimore Ravens. Other local landmarks include the studios for Maryland Public Television and the site of the Owings Mills Mall, which closed in 2015. In 2008, CNNMoney.com ranked Owings Mills as number 49 of the "100 Best Places to Live and Launch."
