Duxbury is a town located in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, in the United States. It serves as a suburb on the South Shore region, situated approximately 35 miles (56 km) to the southeast of Boston.
As of the 2020 census, the town had a population of 16,090. The municipality contains three census-designated places (CDPs), which are Duxbury, Green Harbor, and South Duxbury.
