Owingsville is a home rule-class city situated in Bath County, Kentucky, within the United States. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 1,593 residents and serves as the county seat.
The city is located roughly at the center of Bath County at the junction of US Route 60 and Kentucky Route 36. It is also considered part of the Mount Sterling micropolitan area.
