Broad Ripple Village is a neighborhood and designated cultural district located in Washington Township, approximately six miles north of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, in the United States. The area was first platted in 1837 and eventually became incorporated as the Town of Broad Ripple in 1894 before being annexed to the City of Indianapolis in 1922.
