Toccoa is a city located in the state of Georgia, United States. It serves as the county seat of Stephens County and is situated in the far northeast portion of the state near the border with South Carolina.
The city is positioned approximately 50 miles (80 km) from Athens and about 90 miles (140 km) northeast of Atlanta. As of the 2020 census, Toccoa had a population of 9,133 residents.
