Fort Pierce is a city located in St. Lucie County, Florida, in the United States. Situated on the Atlantic Coast, it is part of the Treasure Coast region and lies approximately one hour north of West Palm Beach.
The city serves as the county seat for St. Lucie County and is also known by the nickname Sunrise City. According to the 2020 census, Fort Pierce had a population of 47,297 residents.
