Commerce City is a home rule city situated in Adams County, Colorado, within the United States. It is positioned north of Denver and serves as a component of the Denver-Aurora-Centennial, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Front Range Urban Corridor.
As of the 2020 United States census, the city had a population of 62,418, representing a 35.95% increase since the 2010 census. It currently ranks as the 18th most populous municipality in the state of Colorado.
