Tustin Legacy is a planned community located in Tustin, California. Spanning approximately 1,600 acres (6.5 km2), the development is being constructed on the site of the former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin.
The project currently under construction will feature a variety of housing densities totaling 4,600 units. Additionally, the community plan includes the development of parks and a commercial retail center.
