Studio City is a neighborhood located in Los Angeles, California, within the United States. It is situated in the southeast portion of the San Fernando Valley, positioned just west of the Cahuenga Pass.
The area derives its name from a studio lot established by film producer Mack Sennett in 1927. This site is currently known as Radford Studio Center.
