Seal Beach is a coastal city located in Orange County, California, in the United States. It was originally known as Bay City before being incorporated into Orange County under its current name on October 24, 1911.
According to the 2020 census, the city had a population of 25,242, which represented an increase from the 24,168 residents recorded in the 2010 census.
