Millbrae is a city located in northern San Mateo County, California, in the United States. It is situated near several neighboring municipalities, including San Bruno to the northwest, Burlingame to the southeast, and is positioned to the southwest of San Francisco International Airport. The city is bordered by San Andreas Lake to its southwest.
According to the 2020 census, Millbrae had a population of 23,216. The city maintains several international relations, including Sister City relationships with La Serena, Chile, and Mosta, Malta. Additionally, it has friendship city agreements with Hanyu, Japan; Taishan, China; Ramallah, Palestine; and Dongguan, China.
