Bayview–Hunters Point is a neighborhood located in the southeastern corner of San Francisco, California. It combines the distinct areas of Bayview and Hunters Point into a single geographic district. Due to its specific location within the city, these two neighborhoods are frequently merged together in various contexts.
The area contains several notable landmarks, including the decommissioned Hunters Point Naval Shipyard situated within its boundaries. Additionally, Candlestick Park was located on the southern edge of the neighborhood until it was demolished in 2015. Bayview–Hunters Point has been identified as San Francisco's "Most Isolated Neighborhood."
