Agoura Hills is a city located in the Santa Monica Mountains region of Los Angeles County, California, in the United States. It serves as a suburb of Los Angeles and is situated in the eastern Conejo Valley between the Simi Hills and the Santa Monica Mountains.
The city is positioned approximately 35 miles northwest of Downtown Los Angeles and less than 10 miles west of the Woodland Hills city limits. It is bordered by Bell Canyon, Ventura County, and neighboring communities including Calabasas, Oak Park, and Westlake Village. As of the 2020 census, the population of Agoura Hills was 20,299.
