Sierra Vista is a city located in Cochise County, Arizona, in the United States. According to the 2020 Census, it has a population of 45,308, making it the 27th most populous city in the state of Arizona. The city is an integral part of the Sierra Vista-Douglas Metropolitan Area.
The city is bordered by Huachuca City and Whetstone to the north and Sierra Vista Southeast to the south. A notable geographic feature within its boundaries is Fort Huachuca, a U.S. Army post located in the northwest portion of the city.
