San Tan Valley is a town located in northern Pinal County, Arizona, in the United States. As of the 2020 census, the area had a population of 99,894 residents.
The community recently underwent a significant administrative change when Proposition 495 passed in 2025 to incorporate San Tan Valley as a municipality. This transition makes it one of the most recently incorporated cities in the country.
