Vestavia Hills, often referred to colloquially as Vestavia, is a city located in the state of Alabama within the United States. It spans parts of both Jefferson and Shelby counties and serves as a suburb of Birmingham.
The city is composed of three distinct areas: Vestavia, Liberty Park, and Cahaba Heights. As of the 2020 census, Vestavia Hills had a population of 39,102, making it the thirteenth largest city in Alabama and the third largest city in Jefferson County, following Birmingham and Hoover.
