Rubirizi, also spelled Rubiriizi, is a town located in the Ankole sub-region of western Uganda. It serves as the primary municipal, administrative, and commercial hub for the Rubirizi District.
The district itself derives its name from the town. As the central urban area of the region, it functions as the main point of governance and trade for the surrounding locality.
