Buliisa, also known as Bulisa, is a town located in the Western Region of Uganda. It serves as the administrative center for the region and is the site of the headquarters for the Buliisa District.
The area is organized into several neighborhoods, which include Wanseko and Kasenyi within the Buliisa Municipality.
