Luuka Town, also referred to as Luuka Municipality or simply Luuka, is a town located in Eastern Uganda. It serves as the primary political, administrative, and commercial hub for the Luuka District.
The settlement was formerly known as Kiyunga until July 1, 2010, at which point it was renamed to its current designation.
