Nansana is a town situated in the Central Region of Uganda. It is located within the Wakiso District and serves as one of the district's five municipalities.
The town functions as a municipal council composed of four distinct divisions: Nansana Division, Nabweru Division, Gombe Division, and Busukuma Division. These four divisions are recognized as independent lower local government units.
