Vilshanka is a rural settlement located in the Holovanivsk Raion of the Kirovohrad Oblast in Ukraine. It is situated on the left bank of the Syniukha river, which serves as a left tributary of the Southern Bug.
The settlement has a population of 4,526 residents. It serves as the administrative center for the Vilshanka settlement hromada, which is one of the local administrative divisions within Ukraine.
