Dovbysh is a rural settlement located in the Zviahel Raion of the Zhytomyr Oblast region in Ukraine. It currently has a population of approximately 4,071 residents.
The settlement was formerly known as Markhlevsk, named in honor of Julian Marchlewski, a Polish-born Soviet politician and civil activist. The name was subsequently changed to Dovbysh.
