Lukiv is a rural settlement situated in the Kovel Raion of the Volyn Oblast in western Ukraine. It is located in the northwestern part of the oblast, positioned approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of the city of Kovel.
The settlement has a population of 2,998 residents. It serves as a local rural community within the regional administrative framework of Volyn Oblast.
