Liublynets is a rural settlement situated in the Kovel Raion of the Volyn Oblast in western Ukraine. It serves as a suburb of the city of Kovel, located approximately five kilometres (3.1 mi) to the southwest of the urban center.
The settlement has a population of 4,429 residents. Its primary geographic characteristic is its proximity to Kovel, functioning as part of the surrounding suburban area.
