Holovne is a rural settlement situated in north-western Ukraine. It is currently located within the Kovel Raion of the Volyn Oblast. Prior to 2020, the settlement was administered as part of the Liuboml Raion.
The community has a population of approximately 2,926 residents. It serves as a local rural locality within its respective administrative district.
