Holoby is a rural settlement located in the Kovel Raion of the Volyn Oblast in north-western Ukraine. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) southeast of the city of Kovel, positioned near the center of the oblast.
The settlement has a population of 3,871 residents. It serves as a rural community within the regional administrative structure of Volyn Oblast.
